    Was pleasantly surprised with a great curry from Kimba roadhouse when passing through back in April. Have been thinking about that curry ever since and so happy to have bought extra this time - they are delicious!

    We were VERY impressed by the honesty and help we received from the Staff and Manager after leaving behind some important stuff. They forwarded it at the first opportunity to our home address and turned down our token of appreciation.

    Easy to access fuel stop. Plenty of space if towing. Cheapest in town at the time.
    Lots of food available in store. Had curry cooking.

    We had lunch here. Only one other eating place appeared open in Kimba on this particular day. The Indian curries were good - a bit more watered down in terms of spices but still good. The more standard fare (a sausage roll) was questionable - it did not look or taste good and my daughter did not get beyond one bite. It is a shame because the curries were good and they would have otherwise got 4 stars.

    This place was closed when I got there so I just slept in my vehicle under portico.
    I cleaned my windscreen with the window washing stuff that was left out in driveway.
    I would like to thank the owner for providing me a safe lit area to get some much needed sleep.
    I was woken by the local scavenger who was going through the rubbish bins looking for cans.
    I did get a laugh out of that.
    Next time I will stop by at a more decent hour and thank you personally.
